Duties
  • Clean rooms and public spaces with attention to detail within the expected guidelines
  • Identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance attention and communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to address issues promptly
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
  • Verify that all cleaning procedures including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial tasks—are completed to standard
  • Document inspection results accurately and prepare reports highlighting areas for improvement or follow-up actions
  • Monitor the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Assist in training new housekeeping team members on quality standards and inspection protocols
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve cleaning processes and uphold exceptional hospitality service
  • Assist in all areas of housekeeping as needed to make the team successful including: Public Area, Housekeeping, and Laundry
