We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Housekeeping Coordinator to help keep our housekeeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as the communication and coordination hub for the department, working closely with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Runners, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Operations to ensure our properties are guest-ready and our team has the support they need to succeed.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

As our Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the department by:

  • Coordinating daily housekeeping assignments by monitoring, assigning, updating, and prioritizing tasks in Breezeway.

  • Monitoring housekeeping quality trends and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Communicating department updates, expectations, and operational priorities clearly and consistently.

  • Monitoring employee communication through Akia and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Guest Services, and other departments through communications software to coordinate daily priorities.

  • Overseeing workload distribution and delegating assignments to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Managing inventory replacement requests submitted by guests and housekeeping staff, ensuring requests are accurately tracked and completed.

  • Coordinating deliveries, supply runs, and operational support requests for Housekeeping Runners.

  • Identifying communication gaps and operational challenges and helping develop practical solutions.

  • Supporting department initiatives that improve accountability, consistency, and housekeeping standards.

  • Assisting leadership with reporting, operational tracking, process improvements, and special projects.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with team members across departments.

  • Building positive working relationships across departments while supporting a collaborative team culture.

  • Helping ensure every property consistently meets Liquid Life Vacation Rentals' cleanliness and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people. You should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating effectively, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

  • 1+ years experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, vacation rentals, or property management

  • Previous leadership, coordinator, supervisory, or team lead experience is preferred.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well with others and build positive working relationships across departments.

  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable learning and using technology and operational software.

  • Experience with Breezeway, Akia, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee and operational matters.
