Laundry Attendant - Full-Time or Part-Time
Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and exceptional member experiences. We are seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join our House Operations team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and takes pride in doing quality work. Laundry Attendants play an important role in ensuring our linens, terry, and garments are clean, organized, and maintained to Oak Hill's high standards.
We are open to hiring two full-time team members, two part-time team members, or a combination of both based on candidate availability and club needs.
Position Details
Positions Available: 2
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Club Hours: 7:00 AM-11:00 PM, Monday-Sunday
Full-Time: 40 hours per week; 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Part-Time: 18-24 hours per week; 6-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week
Schedule: Shifts may be scheduled throughout the club's operating hours based on department and business needs
Weekend Availability: Required for both full-time and part-time positions
Schedule Flexibility: Days and shift times may vary based on operational needs
What You'll Do
• Sort and organize soiled linens, including bed linens, terry, and food & beverage linens
• Operate commercial washers and dryers using the appropriate settings for chemicals, time, and temperature
• Transfer linens through washing, drying, and finishing processes
• Fold, stack, organize, and distribute clean linens according to Oak Hill standards
• Inspect linens for stains or damage and identify items requiring rewashing or discard
• Maintain clean, organized laundry areas, equipment, floors, and storage spaces
• Monitor laundry equipment and report malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns
• Remove lint and debris from machines and maintain filters
• Track inventory, restock supplies, and help maintain organized storage areas
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with OSHA, health, and club standards
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Anticipate the needs of fellow team members and respond promptly and professionally
• Perform other duties as assigned
