As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas, as well as assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for our residents. You will also be expected to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas

  • Maintain a clean and attractive environment for our residents

  • Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

  • Set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision

  • Meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to perform tasks required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of housekeeping experience

  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions

  • Ability to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision

  • Ability to meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test

  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
