As a household assistant, your job duties may include scheduling home maintenance services, running errands, maintaining the family calendar, and setting appointments. You may also provide pet care, handle domestic projects like decluttering and organizing, and perform other light housekeeping tasks as needed. Job description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Household Assistant for a busy family in Marietta. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a large home and be comfortable with detailed housekeeping, family laundry, ironing linens and clothing, maintaining marble and other high-end finishes, and keeping the home organized and polished. Responsibilities may also include grocery shopping, dry-cleaning drop-offs, errands, light meal preparation, and occasional cooking. This position requires someone with strong physical stamina due to the size of the home and numerous stairs, as well as someone who is comfortable around animals. The family is looking for a quiet, hardworking, trustworthy, and professional individual who can work independently, is not easily overwhelmed, and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged. Attention to detail is extremely important, and the ideal candidate will understand how to properly care for specialty surfaces and finishes or be willing to research and learn the correct methods. The family values someone who can recognize what needs to be done and proactively take care of it, ultimately leaving the home feeling clean, organized, and completely cared for.
