Position Overview 

The Front of House (FOH) Director is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations and driving performance across service, speed, and hospitality. 

This role owns the development of FOH leaders, the execution of daily operations, and the achievement of key business metrics aligned with our 2026 Business Plan. 

Position Type 

Full-time (40+ hours/week) 

Overtime as needed based on business demands 

Must be available during peak business times, including Fridays and Saturdays

Availability to work holidays as required

What You’ll Own 

Operational Leadership 

Lead and oversee all FOH operations across all dayparts

Ensure strong shift structure, positioning, and execution

Maintain a consistent, high-energy, high-accountability environment 

Speed of Service (SOS) 

Own performance of Speed of Service to consistently meet or exceed company benchmarks

Build daily urgency and awareness around speed goals

Identify gaps and implement real-time solutions 

Ensure alignment between FOH and BOH execution 

Guest Experience & Hospitality 

Own FOH contribution to achieve top- tier customer experience rankings within the brand

Ensure consistent execution of Core 4 and 2nd Mile Service

Lead guest recovery efforts and elevate service standards 

Leadership Development 

Lead, coach, and develop FOH leaders and managers

Build a strong leadership bench through intentional development

Hold leaders accountable to performance, standards, and culture

Partner with Training & Development to execute leadership pathways 

Labor & Productivity

Drive labor performance to meet or exceed profitability goals

Ensure effective deployment and productivity across all shifts 

Identify inefficiencies and coach leaders to improve 

Financial & Business Ownership 

Contribute to achieving at or above profit expectations.

Understand how FOH decisions impact overall business performance

Take ownership of results — not just execution 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

Partner with BOH Director to ensure seamless operations 

Collaborate with Hospitality, Training, Culture, and Marketing leaders

Ensure alignment across the entire restaurant
