Job description

Position Overview:

As the Front of House Director, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, and monitoring all positions and areas related to the Front of House. The FOH Director should be passionate and excited about making each day at the restaurant better than the last for both the team and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team leaders, trainers, and team members
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and throughput
  • FOH scheduling
  • Oversee team member training
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, and other expenses
  • Supervise and uphold excellent food safety practices

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Minimum 18 months of food service/customer service experience
  • Must have a flexible schedule, work 40 hrs/wk, and work Saturdays
