YouTube Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager

Chris Collins, Inc.

Los Angeles, CA • On-site

$85K - $120K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 11 days ago

Job description

Brand Partnership & Sponsorship Manager
Location: Los Angeles (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Base + Commission Above Threshold: 10% (uncapped)
Expected First-Year OTE: $85,000 - $120,000+
About Us
We're Chris Collins Inc., and we operate two fast-growing media platforms: Service Drive Revolution (32.5K subs / 2.16M views), a niche automotive podcast focused on the service side of the dealership world (fixed ops, leadership, culture, and profitability), and Syndicate X, our YouTube channel featuring the popular series Books That Changed My Life (64.5K subs / 2.61M views) Together, we reach a highly engaged audience of both industry professionals and curious, growth-minded viewers who care about ideas, leadership, and personal development.
We're building our sponsorship program from scratch. We haven't historically sold sponsorships, which means there's no legacy playbook-and a lot of room to build something real.
First 60 days: build target list + outreach engine, launch 2-4 pilot packages, close initial partners, formalize renewal/reporting.
You'll be the person who creates the system and drives revenue:
• packaging
• pricing
• outreach
• closing
• renewals
If you've sold sponsorship or media partnerships before and want ownership, this role is built for that.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and close sponsorship and brand partnerships across YouTube + podcast
• Create clear, repeatable sponsorship packages (and evolve them over time)
• Build a simple sales process: pipeline stages, pricing, proposal/deck, tracking, renewal cadence
• Collaborate with us on sponsor messaging, integration, and calls-to-action
• Build long-term sponsor relationships so partners renew and expand
What We're Looking For
• 4-7+ years in sponsorship / media partnerships / brand integration (or adjacent B2B partnerships)
• Comfortable with outbound (you can open doors)
• Confident pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Organized, self-directed, and excited by building a program-not inheriting one
• Strong communicator (email, calls, Zoom, in-person)
Nice to have (not required): automotive/fixed ops familiarity, creator economy, publishing.
Why This Role Is Worth It
• Two platforms with different sponsor categories (B2B + culture/ideas)
• Greenfield opportunity: you shape packaging, pricing, and process
• Lean team, quick decisions, direct access to leadership
• Uncapped commission and real room to grow as the program scales
