About the Training Lead - Dropbox:

MarketStar is seeking a Training Lead to support our Dropbox team. The Training Lead handles creating and delivering training content to our new hire and tenured sales representatives, managers, and support staff. The Training Lead will interface with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure an accurate representation of our vision and strategy in the training environment. They assure our training experience is relevant by adapting delivery methods to class needs, keeping up to date with the latest product knowledge, and thrives in a collaborative and feedback-based environment.

Location: UT (Remote)

What Will You Do?

  • Execute versus a monthly/quarterly target in the small to medium enterprise segment

  • Delivers new hire training to onboarding sales representatives via in-person, virtual video based, one-on-one, and group sessions across international regions

  • Manage and iterate training content using various design platforms

  • Proactively identifies challenges and issues faced by managers and front-line employees where training processes/content could be improved

  • Strategizes with sales managers to address training needs and areas of opportunity

  • Provides feedback on trainee performance and growth

  • Works with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external clients to achieve program initiatives

  • Pivot training delivery based on feedback from internal and external clients

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Use an LMS to enroll learners, track learning paths and training progress

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Background in corporate or sales training

  • Ability to adapt delivery to adult learning styles

  • Direct, B2B, chat, or tele-sales experience required, previous cloud solution experience preferred

  • Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills,

  • Maintain positive and energetic demeanor to promote learner engagement

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.)

  • Results oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance

  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment; adjusting priorities as needed
