Red Beacon Fire & Electric is a growing fire protection company centrally located in Orange County. We are currently seeking a motivated Office Clerk to join our team and grow with us. We cover all aspects of the trade, from residential installations to underground repairs, and offer a great work environment.
Job Summary
As an Office Clerk, you will handle phone calls, assist customers, and manage essential administrative tasks including filing, copying. You will also be responsible for submitting plans to city departments and coordinating fire prevention agencies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, direct calls, and assist customers with inquiries.
- Process, photocopy, and file incoming paperwork.

- Maintain physical and electronic business records.
- Manage plan submittals to fire prevention offices.
- Occasionally drive to job locations to deliver materials.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
