Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Role Overview
This is a post-go-live remediation and optimization engagement, focused on stabilizing and enhancing the Workday Learning module. Unlike a greenfield implementation or standard training assignment, this role requires a seasoned Workday Learning expert to address unfinished configuration, finalize business process decisions, and drive system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and refine Workday Learning configuration.
  • Advise on and finalize business process design decisions.
  • Stabilize and optimize the Workday Learning module for long-term success.
  • Provide technical remediation and advisory support (beyond training delivery).
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end system alignment and impact awareness.
  • Lead migration efforts from legacy LMS platforms into Workday.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of deep Workday Learning expertise.
  • Strong background in post-go-live remediation and optimization.
  • Proven experience migrating organizations from legacy LMS to Workday.
  • Solid understanding of Workday HCM integrations.
  • Ability to assess and advise on end-to-end system impacts.
