Job description

Floor Care Tech Custodian at Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning
Shift: Mon/Fri - Mon/Fri 6:30pm-3:00am
Hourly Rate: 19.00
Location: Tempe area by Priest and Washington Rd
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
  • Cleaning
  • Dust mopping, wet mopping
  • Auto scrubbing, propane buffing, stripping/ waxing refinishing
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners
  • Dusting
  • Polishing
  • Sanitizing and Disinfecting
  • Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners.
  • Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing.
  • Stocking and Replenishes Supplies
  • Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
  • Must have Floor Tech experience.
  • Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must have OPEN availability, meaning that you are available to work (Including weekends and Holidays)

* Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check
  • Must have excellent attendance.
  • Must be able to start training immediately.
  • Must be able to follow directions.
  • Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
