Turf Routing Manager

Job Summary:

Perennial Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Turf Routing Manager to oversee and execute turf care services in our new satellite location. This role combines hands-on turf maintenance with leadership and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the turf operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Management:

Operate and manage a daily turf care route, including lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, and pest management.

Ensure timely and efficient service delivery across all scheduled properties.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.

Other duties as assigned

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.

Educate clients on turf care practices and recommend services to improve lawn health.

Operational Excellence:

Monitor turf conditions and diagnose issues such as disease, drought stress, or pest infestations.

Safely operate and maintain turf care equipment and vehicles.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the main office to optimize scheduling, communication and resource allocation.

Assist in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in turf management, landscaping, or lawn care services.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of turf care products and application techniques (certifications preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Physical Requirements
