We are looking for a Mechanical Quality Inspector to join our production team on the 2nd shift. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility.
The Mechanical Quality Inspector position is responsible for performing the in-process inspection duties on our Switchboard products, this is an in-process inspection position on the assembly lines.
Shift Hours: 3:00PM- 11:00PM
Hourly Rate: $22.46 + $1.00 Shift Differential
You'll make an impact by:
Perform in-process inspection mechanical duties.
Inspect each product to company Quality Standards and given guidelines.
Reviewing specifications and drawings to ensure that products have been built correctly on assembly line.
Troubleshoot equipment failure and implement corrective action.
Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports.
Work with production and engineering teams during the inspection process and report any findings.
Adhere to developed processes, methods and/or seek ways to improve.
Must adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others.
Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
