Job Overview:

We are seeking Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) Operators to join our clientโ€™s pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in North Carolina. The DAP Operator will be responsible for executing device assembly and packaging processes while operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in a regulated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.

This role is critical in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient production of pharmaceutical products by adhering to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate production documentation, and supporting operational goals related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment used in device assembly and packaging.

  • Execute assembly and packaging processes in compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals for productivity, safety, and quality.

  • Identify and report equipment or process issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:
