As an IT Specialist at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:

  • Log, track, and resolve issues received as first level of support.
  • Contribute to, establish and develop guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery to internal customers.
  • Utilize and distribute documentation provided by Global IT and as necessary Create and maintain end user documentation and training guides for Local solutions and deliver training as needed.
  • Maintain complete and accurate inventory of all company IT related equipment and assets. Order IT supplies for the site as required utilizing global agreements where applicable.
  • Assist with audio/video equipment and info boards throughout the site.
  • Manage phone system in coordination with vendor, adding and deleting new users moving extensions as required
  • Develop a clear understanding of business priorities to ensure that users can deliver high level of customer satisfaction.

A qualified candidate will have education at a bachelor's level and; at least 2-5 years of relevant experience; Strong communication skills, Ability to interpret a wide variety of information furnished in written and/or oral form; Proficient in Math; Ability to read and interpret work orders, and/or documents; proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
