The Scale Operator is responsible for accurately weighing incoming and outgoing e-waste materials, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with company, environmental, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key link between production, logistics, and customer service, ensuring proper documentation, chain of custody, and accountability for all materials entering or leaving the facility.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
