What We're Looking For:

Loews Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare graduates of accredited hospitality programs for their first leadership roles in hospitality. This specific role is an intensive, structured training program will take place over 12 months within the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be prepared with the necessary leadership skills and knowledge to advance into a leadership role within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop intricate knowledge of different areas of the food and beverage division by participating in rotations in the following areas for approximately 6 months:
    • Restaurants
    • In Room Dining
    • Bar
    • Banquets
  • Learn operational procedures, best practices, and departmental functions through direct involvement and observations during rotations.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions focused on leadership and management.
  • Work closely with managers and division leaders to gain insights and practical knowledge about leadership and decision-making.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by understanding and addressing guest needs and concerns.
  • Implement and uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Assess and reflect on personal performance and progress with mentor feedback regularly.
  • Collaborate with all Loews Hotels team members and contribute to a positive work environment, while fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Progression through the program, with the end result of heightened supervisory and leadership responsibilities.

Your Experience Includes:

  • College senior or recent college graduate of a hospitality program.
  • Motivation to combine formal education and knowledge gained within the program.
  • Willingness to relocate, depending on program offerings
The wage for this position is $29.15 to $29.15.
