The Franchise New Store Opening Specialist plays a key role in supporting franchise partners through the successful launch of new store locations. This role partners closely with Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs), franchise owners, and store leadership teams to ensure every location is operationally ready, properly trained, and prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

This is a highly operational, field-based role that requires travel, hands-on training, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced opening environments. You'll serve as both a trainer and operational partner, helping franchise teams build confidence and execute brand standards through training, soft openings, and grand openings.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support franchise locations through all five launch stages: pre-opening, store setup, training, soft opening, and grand opening
  • Partner with Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) and franchise owners to ensure store readiness prior to opening
  • Participate in pre-opening calls and track progress against key operational milestones
  • Identify and communicate risks that could impact opening timelines
  • Coordinate travel logistics and onsite opening support schedules
  • Support final store setup, ensuring operational readiness for training and guest service
  • Assist with systems setup, training materials, workflows, and brand standard execution
  • Execute opening checklists and readiness verifications
  • Lead multi-day operational and service trainings for franchise teams
  • Provide real-time coaching and operational support during soft openings
  • Reinforce accountability and training effectiveness with franchise operators and store leaders
  • Support grand opening execution, helping teams deliver a strong guest experience during high-volume periods
  • Help franchise teams transition confidently into full operations
