The JOB:
As a Resort Experience Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world while enjoying the sunshine and views of Mission Bay. Our Resort Experience Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising resort activities to ensure our guests have enjoyable and meaningful experiences. The Resort Experience Supervisor is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support resort experience team.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily guest experiences, including daily events, member events, and recreational activities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
  • Work with various departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction goals through proactive engagement and personalized service.
  • Assist in developing new activities and experiences to enhance the resort's offerings.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold high service standards.
