Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health issues and diagnoses, developing tailored treatment plans that guide client progress.

• Maintain a responsible caseload, managing between 25 to 30 client visits weekly, ensuring each individual receives quality care and attention.

• Document patient progress meticulously, including initial assessments, ongoing treatment plans, and any case notes, all in accordance with company policies.

• Utilize creative strategies and interventions during therapy sessions to facilitate healing and encourage client achievement of personal goals.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers and other healthcare professionals, to holistically address client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals seeking support for addiction, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues, adapting your therapeutic approaches to fit the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Familiarity and comfort working with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the context of family therapy services.

• Successful completion of a background check will be required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic capacity.

• General knowledge of community resources and comfort with the fee collection process at the time of service.

• Previous experience with various therapeutic modalities tailored to family dynamics and mental health interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
