• Conduct detailed assessments to understand the social, emotional, and environmental circumstances affecting clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to service delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans, outlining specific goals, interventions, and milestones designed to support client progress.
• Provide counseling sessions to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help them navigate challenges related to trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and other pressing issues.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate actionable plans and connect them with vital community resources and services, promoting their holistic well-being and resilience.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support during high-stress situations.
• Work in partnership with external organizations and community agencies to secure additional resources and advocate on behalf of clients to enhance their support network.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about available services, fostering connections between the Foundation and the community.
• Attend regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to contribute actively to ongoing professional development and team collaboration.

The Foster Future Foundation serves a diverse array of clients, predominantly focusing on underprivileged individuals and families facing significant socioeconomic hardships. Our clientele includes victims of domestic violence, individuals confronting substance use disorders, the homeless, and those experiencing mental health crises. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Strong knowledge of community resources, social and economic justice issues, along with trauma-informed care principles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, exhibiting cultural competence and strong problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or similar environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and case management software to enhance service delivery and documentation practices.
