Work Environment

The position operates entirely remotely, allowing you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your home while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Our team works Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering you a structured schedule that promotes optimal client therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough evaluations and mental health diagnoses to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth methods.

  • Document patient interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plan revisions, and ongoing assessments in compliance with company policies.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by building trusting relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Employ innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals and improve overall well-being.

  • Collaborate with case managers, family members, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist at We Care Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. The therapeutic environment focuses on overcoming various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey insights effectively to clients and collaborate with colleagues.

  • Ability to model appropriate boundaries in therapeutic relationships while demonstrating empathy and understanding.

  • Comfortable working with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural competence in therapy practices.

  • Ability to pass a background check to ensure client safety and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in a timely manner.

  • Familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service is preferred.
