We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team at the Teens Advocate Program & Mental Counseling. As a full-time, remote counselor, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to adolescents and families in need. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, along with a significant sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior LCPC, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and families who are often underserved in the mental health system. You will work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Establishing rapport and delivering culturally competent care will be critical as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • A working knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to connect and build trust with diverse clients.
Preferred Experience
