Life Wave Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is critical in providing comprehensive mental health services to our diverse client base through telehealth modalities, allowing for flexible and effective treatment delivery.

Work Environment

The work environment at Life Wave Counseling Center is supportive and dynamic, designed to foster collaboration among practitioners. Although this position is fully remote, our team maintains close communication and utilizes telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of our patients' homes. Our therapy practitioners benefit from a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling adaptability to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain client needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at encouraging recovery and personal growth.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, facilitating a safe environment for discussion and healing among patients facing similar challenges.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and aligned patient care.
