Your Role as a Remote Clinical Therapist:
At WellQor, you'll helpyour clients overcome mental health challenges, forge betterrelationships, and be the best versions of themselves. You'll makea real, tangible difference in the lives of others, and feel goodabout the way you bring joy to the lives of others.
And you won't have to doit alone. We follow a care-team treatment model, which meansclinicians are assigned to teams which they can connect with andconsult for advice, institutional knowledge, and continuedfeedback to help advance you in your career.
You will define your ownavailability, make your own schedules, and work according to yourlifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, and otherscarry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we're hereto meet you where you're at.

Title: WellQor Clinical Therapist
Reports to: Clinical Director / Lead Psychologist
Requirements:
  • LPCC, LMFT, LMHC,LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
  • Empanelment /Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
  • Strong computerskills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medicalrecords systems for patient charting and communication

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regularteletherapy sessions with clients.
  • Typical issues thatyour patients may face include:
    • Adjustment issues,anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief,behavioral issues PTSD, substance abuse.
  • Enter and maintainappropriate documentation in WellQor's, easy to use web basedEHR system according to company guidelines.
  • Utilize our uniqueWellQor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with andobtain support from other WellQor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Compensation:
WellQor TelehealthTherapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibilityto take on the caseload that they're interested in carrying at anygiven time. Hourly compensation varies based on licensure level,relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
