Program Manager
Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Program Manager. This is a full-time and onsite position in Port Hueneme, CA.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Program Manager will serve as the key personnel lead responsible for the overall planning, direction, execution, and performance of the Financial and Program Management Support Services contract. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all contract objectives are met on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Government expectations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated Program Management experience on federal Government contracts; Navy, NAVSEA, NSWC, or Port Hueneme experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing Government contracts of similar or larger scale than: approximately 70 FTEs
  • Experience with contract-level financial, technical, schedule, staffing, quality, and performance management.
  • Experience implementing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices in a Government contracting environment.
  • Direct or indirect experience implementing Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows.
  • Direct or indirect experience using AI, automation, analytics, or workflow tools to streamline reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent Government contract management experience may be considered.
