Job Description:

Job Title : Microsoft Power Apps & Dataverse Developer

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Microsoft Power Apps & Dataverse Developer to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. This role collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable business applications through development, integration, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and Azure services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Implement best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure‑by‑design development.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
  • Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls aligned with enterprise policies.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
  • Strong experience building complex workflows and integrations with Power Automate.
  • Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure services.
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low‑code extensibility patterns.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse features.
  • Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI).
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting integrations.
  • Understanding of Power Platform and Azure AD security architecture.
  • PL-400 Power Platform Developer certification.
  • PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
