Overview

JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! We are currently hiring Wireless Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
  • Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

  • Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.
