Job Summary:


We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable on-call substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will provide instructional support and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers. This role requires a passion for Christian education, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher
  • Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and administration.
  • Follow school policies and uphold Legacy Christian Academy's values and mission.

  Qualifications:

  • Agreement with Legacy Christian Academy's Statement of Faith.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Classroom and behavior management skills.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
  • High School Diploma required.

Schedule and Pay:

  • On-call, as needed basis
  • Hourly Rate:  $20.00 per hour
  • Offers a flexible schedule
  • Not a benefit eligible job
