Job description

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Crew
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Position reports to Production Manager and Foreman
  • Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group in all activities
  • Understand and follow the Company's safety and operational policies
  • Perform and supervise landscape management, to include, but not limited to:
    • Mowing operations
    • Bed care
    • Pruning
    • General grounds care
  • Participate in snow removal operations
  • Other activities, as assigned by Management, to meet the company's goals

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of part of a team, and independently
  • Must be able to accept direction and execute directives, as given
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional time and organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • No minimum education requirements, HS diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape group's insurance carrier as a condition of employment

COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly Pay: $24.03+ Depending on experience
