J&J Landscape Management is a high-end, full-service landscape company serving Northern Virginia since 1998. We specialize in landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, outdoor living spaces, and landscape construction for residential properties.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Residential Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners improve and maintain their properties. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their landscapes while ensuring they receive exceptional service and communication.

Success in this role comes from building trust, staying organized, identifying client needs, and working closely with our operations team to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective and existing residential clients to evaluate landscape needs and property goals
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Sell landscape maintenance programs, seasonal services, and enhancement projects
  • Identify opportunities for landscape improvements, plantings, drainage solutions, and other property enhancements
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service recommendations
  • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion
  • Partner with operations and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintain organized client records, schedules, and follow-up activities
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and client communications
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
