Experienced HVAC Technicians

Aspen Air & Mechanical Inc has been serving the Metro Denver area for more than 22 years. Due to our incredible growth, we are hiring for several positions. Work assigned in the Denver Metro area. Qualities we are looking for
  • 5 years of HVAC Experience
  • Willingness to Learn and positive work ethics
  • Experience in hydronic and boiler / HVAC installation and/or service
  • Familiarity with multiple brands of high efficiency boilers
  • Experience and understanding of control strategies, selection and troubleshooting Boiler/ HVAC systems
  • Experience and understanding of hydronic piping methods, installation techniques and materials
  • Possess a professional and positive attitude to interact effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • A person interested in a career and not just a job with the desire to succeed and excel at your career.
  • An Honest, self-starter who follows directions
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean MV record
  • Ability to pass background check requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Boiler / HVAC systems analysis, diagnosis & installations
  • Properly address customer needs thru attentive listening and honest communication
  • Provide appropriate suggestions related to improved safety, performance, and efficient operation
  • Accurately estimate additional recommended work and time required to complete
  • Complete all necessary equipment repairs and verify proper operation
  • Complete all paperwork at the end of each job
DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Possess extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment including both residential and commercial high efficiency boilers
  • Knowledge of combustion analysis procedures
  • Knowledge of current plumbing/electrical/HVAC mechanical codes
  • Possess a heating, A/C and/or refrigeration license a plus
  • Be presentable and have a professional appearance
  • Willing/Able to be on call rotation
  • Own basic hand tools

Job type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, based on experience

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday (40 hr. week)
