Position Summary
  • Manage multiple projects assigned by Chair related to the Art Department.

  • Coordinate meeting arrangements for the Art Department calendar, initiating contact, and securing appointments as appropriate.

  • maintain the Art Department social media such as Facebook and Instagram, and are required to post at least once a week.

  • Be responsible for studio management including hosting and posting studio hours and other announcements, organization of materials and storage, inventory of equipment, class set up/break down as needed, and light cleaning.

  • administrative duties (paperwork), which may include purchase orders, spreadsheets for Howl and/or the schedule, and other document generation.
