Job description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, handle front desk operations efficiently, and help create a welcoming experience for all guests.

Job Title

Hotel Front Desk Agent – Morning Shift

Schedule

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Includes weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
  • Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain guest records
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized

Requirements
