What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist clients with furniture, accessories, and design selections.
  • Generate and manage business through CRM follow-up.
  • Present product recommendations and pricing.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Follow up before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
  • Prior retail sales experience required.
  • Furniture, interior design, or home furnishings experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
