What you'll own:

  • Creative direction on residential projects, start to finish; you're not handed a brief and shown the door; you're shaping the story

  • Client relationships built on trust, not just transactions, guiding homeowners through big decisions with confidence they can feel

  • The handoff between design and construction, making sure your vision survives contact with framing, finishes, and field reality, down to the smallest detail

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative direction for residential projects, ensuring each design aligns with the client's vision and our brand's standards.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through design decisions.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between design and construction teams to ensure the integrity of the design is maintained throughout the building process.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Review and approve design plans, specifications, and materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and contractors to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading creative direction for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards.
  • Ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through design decisions.
