Job description

We're looking for an Installer/Delivery Driver to deliver, set up, and install equipment for rentals, demonstrations, and purchases. You'll be the face of our service team on-site providing safe, punctual delivery, clear product guidance, and high-quality installations in homes and care facilities.


What you'll do

  • Deliver, set up, and inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Safely lift and transport equipment (up to 100 lbs) and drive for extended periods as part of daily duties.
  • Install and adjust client equipment (e.g., walkers, bathroom aids, hospital beds,wheelchairs , scooters, grab bars)for proper fit and safe use.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about timing changes, product use, and next steps.
  • Complete delivery/service documentation accurately and on time; flag follow-up needs to the right team members.
  • Perform quality control checks prior to delivery and ensure proper return and tracking of demonstration equipment.
  • Support warehouse tasks (cleaning, returns) and assist consultants during equipment trials/demos with healthcare professionals.
  • Follow safety procedures, report issues/unsuccessful deliveries, and support training/onboarding of new team members as needed.


What you bring

  • Valid and clean BC driver's license.
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude; comfortable using tools and doing basic repair/troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 2 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of bending and lifting heavy equipment throughout the day (up to 100 lbs).
  • Healthcare experience is an asset.
