Job description

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in data center compute operations, facilities, or infrastructure engineering, and/or a degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in data center engineering.
  • Understanding of cooling systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, CDUs, cooling towers, chillers, and containment environments. Familiarity with critical facility infrastructure (power, cooling).
  • Datacenter cooling/HVAC systems, Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems, such as Substations, Emergency Generators, Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), Lithium-Ion Battery Plants, and Fire Alarm.
  • Must have experience in operating, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Mission Critical Mechanical and/or Electrical Support Systems
  • Monitor building monitoring systems (FMS & BMS)
  • Assist and coordinate the management and execution of OPEX and CAPEX projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment, often outside normal hours.
  • 24/7 response to emergencies relating to employees and/or facilities
