The CRM Coordinator serves as the Admissions technical point of contact and is responsible for coordinating the functional use, development, testing and management of Customer Relationship Management software (Ellucian CRM Recruit). Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of data by performing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly data quality tasks including checking and merging duplicate records, importing standardized test scores, and managing application data between CRM Recruit and Student Information System (Colleague).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience One to two year experience in higher education and demonstrated experience with CRM system or Ellucian Colleague.
Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of CRMs, recruiting, outreach, and effective communication techniques.
Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders, detail-oriented with strong time management skills, having the ability to adapt to rapid change.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Ellucian CRM Recruit.
2. Manage & resolve the CRM Applications and test scores via CRM Recruit & Colleague in a timely manner. Validate data to ensure ambiguities and errors get resolved daily and throughout the day.
3. Supports the recruitment, marketing and yielding efforts of the Office of Admissions by creating, building, and maintaining communication plans, quick campaigns, and ad hoc communication.
4. Develops and creates customized reports and dashboards for enrollment staff.
5. Build, implement and maintain communication plans to enhance recruitment and enrollment efforts in CRM Recruit/Colleague.
6. Collaborate with Enrollment Management Staff to align marketing communication to enhance the student experience.
7. Trains new and existing users and enhances the CRM skill set across Enrollment Management Staff.
8. Develops, updates, maintains, and documents training materials, tools and resources, department guidelines, system documentation on processes and best practices.
9. Ensure data integrity within CRM Recruit and integrate data seamlessly from various sources to support enrollment efforts.
10. Creating, launching, and monitoring workflows from the planning stage through campaign launch, targeting multiple prospective student and constituent audiences using multi-channel communication plans (digital, print, email, text, and phone), as well as tracking all interactions and audience behavior within CRM Recruit.
11. Provides end user support and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
12. Keeps abreast of new CRM features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements to the Director of Admissions.
13. Interprets and conduct end user testing for all system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and patches in collaboration with IT & Director of Admissions.
14. Other duties as assigned.
