  • Use hand and power tools, levels, framing squares, and laser equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform other functions as required to support the project team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of construction-related experience preferred; however, if you bring motivation, leadership potential, or related experience (e.g., service work, carpentry, or facilities), we’d still like to hear from you
  • Commitment to continued learning through company-sponsored training, field staff meetings, coursework, or certifications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic understanding of construction plans and specifications

  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of tools/equipment; occasional climbing, kneeling, sitting, or crouching
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Work may involve outdoor conditions, construction noise, dust, and other typical site exposures (protective equipment provided)
  • Occasional assistance with site cleanup, deliveries, or light demolition
  • Travel to project sites (up to ~60 miles each way)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Expected base salary range: $33.00-$37.50 hourly, depending on experience
