  • Create analytic tools to support our client business support
  • Effectively consolidate data into reports to reflect a clear picture of project status and forecast
  • Review existing data management processes to identify areas for improvement, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Provide data validation support to the client's internal programmers and act as point of contact for the automation and dashboard development initiatives
  • Use Data Visualization software to report on program deliverables
  • Contribute to account strategic initiatives including process reviews, value stream mapping, trend analysis and visualization support (presentations and Tableau)
  • Generate monthly construction program reports, including data consolidation and analysis, trend reporting and automation initiatives
  • Partner with site teams to complete root-cause analysis of variances and trends across the client's global program

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have an understanding of construction project lifecycles and experience working with project controls teams or cost consultants is an advantage
  • Are able to translate construction related raw data (cost, schedule, procurement, risk) into clear dashboards and insights
  • Have experience building Power BI dashboards specifically for operational or project-based reporting
  • Have experience with construction management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Aconex, CostX, etc.)
  • Are able to work in a fast paced global consultancy or client facing environment
  • Enjoy understanding trends and seeking anomalies in data
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
  • This position is hybrid from Linesight's Seattle office location
