About the Role

The Regional Admissions Lead plays a key role in the intake and admissions process, serving as a trusted point of contact for patients, families, and referral partners. In this role, you will:

  • Support admissions operations for multiple facilities within your region
  • Assist individuals and families seeking treatment by collecting clinical and demographic information
  • Review prospective admissions for appropriateness based on criteria and policies
  • Provide daytoday guidance and feedback to admissions team members
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and best operational practices
  • Build strong communication loops with referral sources and community partners
  • Coordinate assessments, transportation, and next steps for incoming patients
  • Document all admissions processes accurately and professionally

What You'll Bring as a Regional Admissions Lead
  • College degree preferred
  • Two years of healthcare admissions experience, ideally in behavioral health, substance abuse, or mental health
  • Strong communication and customerservice skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and facilities
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fastpaced, emotionally sensitive environment
  • Experience using CRM or electronic health record systems preferred
Preferred Certifications
  • Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC)
  • Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDS)
  • Certified Employee Assistance Program (CEAP)
  • CPR and deescalation/restraint certification (provided upon hire)
  • First Aid certification may be required depending on facility/state
