Description
The Clubhouse Game Room Attendant, employed by Ardmore Parks and Recreation, is responsible for delivering excellence customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs. This Family Entertainment Center has party rooms/treehouses, arcade area with plush, full commercial kitchen, soft play area, inside and outside dining area, miniature golf, go karts, Water Wars, zip line, challenge course and area for seasonal ice rink.
Duties
  • Greet customers and provide friendly service
  • Demonstrate use of games and/or merchandise
  • Keep redemption area stocked and clean; hand out prizes
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Perform tasks such as opening and closing cash registers, counting money, coupons and vouchers, and balancing cash drawers
  • Clean games, shelves, floor, counters, and tables
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain game area; ensure games are working properly and make minor repairs to games
  • Respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situations; complete necessary paperwork and notify manager on duty
  • Enforce all rules and regulations promptly and professionally; notify the appropriate professional on duty staff member of inappropriate behavior of facility users
  • Provide excellent customer experience through strong customer skills
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED desirable
  • Experience in customer service a plus

Certificates and Licenses:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPR certified

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
  • Must be professional internally and externally, energetic, self-motivated, and motivational with a positive attitude
  • Must display adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for The Clubhouse

In this position, you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, which might include random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a Medical Marijuana license willnotexcuse you from the testing process, or the consequences of testing positive for Marijuana.
