JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving hotel performance? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead operations at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Stow, Ohio.


Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the hotel, including guest satisfaction, team leadership, financial performance, sales growth, and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire a team while maintaining Hilton brand standards and delivering outstanding service every day.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily hotel operations
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop hotel staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction scores
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, payroll, and cost controls
  • Drive revenue growth through sales initiatives and local partnerships
  • Maintain Hilton brand standards and property appearance
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
  • Work closely with department heads to achieve hotel goals


Qualifications
  • Previous hotel management experience required
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and control expenses
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and operational reporting
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, Strong leadership and financial acumen, Excellent communication and organizational skills, Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations & Proficiency with hotel management software
