The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the hotel, including guest satisfaction, team leadership, financial performance, sales growth, and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire a team while maintaining Hilton brand standards and delivering outstanding service every day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations
- Lead, train, coach, and develop hotel staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction scores
- Manage budgets, forecasting, payroll, and cost controls
- Drive revenue growth through sales initiatives and local partnerships
- Maintain Hilton brand standards and property appearance
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Work closely with department heads to achieve hotel goals
- Previous hotel management experience required
