Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a talent for leadership and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our team at Holiday Inn Express, where comfort meets outstanding service.
At our hotel, we take pride in creating a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest. As our Hotel Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving success through guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, sales, and finances.
  • Build and support a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere by upholding excellent guest relations and customer service.
  • Implement smart revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct night audits and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist international guests with multilingual communication skills (a plus!).
