Job description
Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and overall functionality to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, Keeping the pool balanced.
- Inspect equipment and identify repair or replacement needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work.
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems.
- Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and basic PLCs.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
