Position Overview
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests-creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Your role includes greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service throughout their stay. You'll also assist with concierge duties and maintain smooth front desk operations while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
