Role Description The Hotel Sales Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with some flexibility. This role supports the regional director of sales by coordinating group reservations, preparing contracts, tracking room blocks, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to sales inquiries, assisting with proposals and presentations, and communicating with clients, internal teams, and brand partners to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings. The Hotel Sales Coordinator helps prepare sales reports, supports follow-up activities, and assists with promotional efforts to drive revenue across multiple KG Hotels properties. The role requires consistent collaboration with front office, revenue management, and operations teams to provide seamless service for guests and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, with the ability to manage bookings, contracts, and group details accurately.
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, including building relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting repeat and group business.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and brand representatives.
  • Ability to use hotel sales or CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software to organize data and generate reports.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating onsite in Las Vegas, NV and remotely as needed.
