Join Our Team!

We are looking for a Part-Time Reservations Agent who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating an exceptional service experience for our guests. Our Reservations Agent will be a dynamic team member who provides the highest level of service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. The Reservations Agent will report directly to the Hotel Reservations Manager.

Employment Type: Part-Time

General Responsibilities
  • Capture sales from incoming reservation calls and coordinate all details of each reservation.
  • Run appropriate reports to ensure each guest's reservation is set up correctly.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to incoming guests.
  • Comply with Westlake Village Inn standards for sales and marketing while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and the planning committee.
  • Maintain general knowledge of the hotel, services, and promotions in order to effectively answer guest inquiries.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via email.
  • Assist with inputting social room blocks into the PMS and correspond with inquiries via email.
  • Assist with room tours for social room blocks.
  • Assist the Front Desk with incoming calls as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 1½ years of hotel experience required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends + holidays.
